With the details, it actually doesn't make the figure look half bad.

Love all the attention in making the parts from the different Cyberverse Primes fit. Like a movie version of Hybrid Style Convoy. Plus this just seems like great fun.

Reviving an old thread here lol, love what you did here Luke! After 9 years I'm thinking of finally building my own ultimate cyberverse Prime, while I won't mod it as much as yours I do plan on doing that head mod, you got any advice/directions?

I just did the head mod right now.

After unscrewing the main body, you'll need to find a way to pry off the head which is glued to the neck piece (at the back of the head actually). I used a knife to slip it under the head and also used a hobby saw to separate it at the back. If you get any white stress marks from trying to force off the head, you can just dip the part in some boiling water for a few seconds until it's clear again.

I I dremeled a curve into the part where the back of the head sits so that the head has clearance to rotate

Drilled 2 small holes each at the exact center of the neck piece and the bottom of the head. I will be using a 1.4x4mm screw to join them. The neck hole has to be at least the same diameter of the screw width and the hole under the head needs to be slightly less wide than the screw width so it locks into the head and is able to rotate freely at the neck.

I screwed the parts together until the tightness was just right. The screw head sticks out and will push against the back inner part of the chest and will prevent the head from closing down all the way for transformation so you'll need to dremel into it to make clearance for the screw head.

That turd is supremely polished! Are you going to pop an Autobot symbol on the side of the trailer?
