Megatron looks a little off in robot mode, but man, Optimus looks fantastic. Like a return to PRID standards of cartoon figures. I'll be very excited to see Arcee especially

CEO of the company releasing the Cybertruck. Video of its unveiling was... interesting. Yes, it's a real vehicle being produced.

i hate to burst your bubble, but greed is the reason you've ever held a toy in your hand. Hasbro isn't our friend and will charge as much as they feel the market will bear. You are totally justified in thinking these are not worth the price, but this isn't some new revelation of Hasbro's sinister greedy nature. This isn't Insulin. There's no compelling reason for them to charge 1 penny less than they think their consumer base will be willing to pay.

Oh man, the cybertruck. That Polygonal Vehicle that happens to come with the weakpoint being the freakin' windows!

True... If anything, it explains why they make all these TV Shows. And why they make so many molds. Oh and why capitalism is a thing. It's kinda a vicious cycle. But hey, at least the molds are improving.

Hasbro would not be making 'more expensive and hard to design toys" for a line that isn't selling well. In fact, you can be certain it is selling well because they're doing these PLUS more of the simple gimmicky kid toys for all classes the toyline has had since the begining.

According to people that spoke to Hasbro at the event these are happening simply because they saw an unexpected number of adult and teen fans that liked the show.

Seems about right. I have a daughter and 3 nephews and none of them are not going out of there way to watch cyberverse. Most would stick their nose up at it and rather watch Steven Universe, some obscure anime or pewdiepie.

I watch it. Mostly for the unique animation style and G1 Easter eggs.

edit. My nephews do enjoy their rescue bot toys though. I’ll make them transformers loyalists in time.

Personally, I love it. It's what I envisioned 2020 cars would look like back in the 1980's. Bubble cars took over in the 1990's, though, because it caused less wind resistance and helped meet increasingly stringent MPG standards. Electric cars don't have to worry about MPG...so Elon can make his cars look like shoeboxes if he wanted to.

If the car could fly, it would look like something straight out of Blade Runner. And that, my friends, is awesome.

Honestly, I'd love to see a Cybertruck Transformer. That thing is begging to be a Con's alt mode.

Thank you. And it looks...umm...like a polygonal car from a really old 3D video game or cartoon. I'm not sure what to think of it.

@BigRed Well I wouldn't say its selling well, however I would say its selling just decently enough to stay a while longer. Although if they'd put out more of the newer characters and less of the tried and true-or is that tired and true? They'd get more revenue.

Normally I don\'t comment, but I\'m just gonna say this: This upcoming line has inadvertently gone the way of Generations/Marvel Legends BAF.  Hasbro may as well just put these under the Generations banner LOL.  And they look great BTW.

I dunno about you guys... but depending on how bulky he is, I might get that Hot Rod. If he's a fat a** like the other Cyberverse toy, then no. I MIGHT get that Optimus. Depends on the price.

I think these actually look like fun figures. They have decent articulation and generally look the part. That's all I ever really wanted, Cyberverse.

Very nice.  I assume the blast effect can attach to Optimus\' gun, the barrel seems awfully large.  It is odd we still don\'t know the rest of this series is.  I know Transformers usually does 4 deluxes per wave, but BAF series are usually completely revealed.

As an adult, I’d rather have Siege Megatron than Cyberverse Megatron.
