I wish that Shockwave didn't have such a rediculous alt mode, because his robot mode looks fantastic

The plastic and paint look like the garbage quality you get on the cheap dollar store Transformers. The paint is see through. I wonder if it is actually a cheap decal.

These are priced at the same level as Siege, actually smaller than Siege deluxe, and make up for that with a sad BAF and some blast effects. These aren't worth $20. The blast effect is about $.03 worth of plastic and the Macadam part is like a piece of something that would be in a gumball machine.

I appreciate that they have proper articulation after the dumpster heap of the last two lines of Cyberverse, but $20 is a bridge that is light years away.

Cause real collectors know enough to stay away from the Cyberverse line? :lol  Seriously, Hasbro is selling Cyberverse to kids, and it seems like Pulse doesn't carry kid toys (more adult-fan focused). That also explains the relatively few discounts on Pulse, versus HTS.

But given the changes made here... I'd assume these will be up on Pulse soon. Unless Hasbro thinks kids wanted more articulation?
The new price points are really tough, period. I think a lot of collectors will be priced out - especially when they collect other lines. It's a mess. I think the toys will get pricier and more niche, as less people buy them. Eventually, I'm thinking every adult-collectible will be $50+. Personally speaking, once the price burns you, you sort of come to this realization that you don't really need MOST of these Hasbro releases. I know I'm buying a lot less.

These are promising but the lack of paint really hurts the deco.

This is the first time seeing a kid-oriented line breaking the limit and invoking some gimmick of having better designs and to top it off...
It will take two waves to complete Macadam.

Just imagine this was Generations and one wave has four or more figures with the BAF gig.

So Maccaddam is gonna be in at least 10 parts:
    Head: ???
    Upper Torso: Megatron
    Lower Torso: Bumblebee/Shockwave
    Right Shoulder: ???
    Right Forearm: ???
    Left Shoulder: ???
    Left Arm: Optimus
    Right Leg: ???
    Left Leg: Bumblebee/Shockwave
    Hammer: ???
But who will the other 6 figures be?
I\'m expecting Windblade, Soundwave and maybe Starscream if he hasn\'t be killed off. (I\'ve only seen half of Season 2)

The arcee comes with both shoulders (and some kind of weapon or accessory) so only 8 figures to build the BaF

Which makes this whole thing even more irritating. BAFs are bad ideas.

    yes....because you have collect everyone.
no...because if wave two could look just as good as wave one.

this is the problem with baf waves. if it was the shittier cyberverse figures i'd be more irritated. but these guys actually look good so maybe it won't be so much forcing yourself to complete the set and more wanting to. the problem i have with BAF figures in marvel legends is a lot of times there's like 3 good characters then d-list junk characters. these two waves at least look solid.

It'll make it harder to complete is my issue. If I manage to get any parts, I'll pass em down to people here who need em

Yeah, BAF in a completionist stand point would be kinda annoying to begin with. Plus it's for a figure that lacks transformation and consist of ball joints. But it's also an important recurring character.

These...actually look really good. I\'ll probably be getting Optimus, Megatron and BB.

Is it wrong that I'm waiting for oversized KO's of Optimus and Megs?
