While shopping for grocery supplies, I noticed an excess of Cyberverse Prowl. The poor guy seems to have become a shelf warmer in my area, and I picked him up with the idea of doing something with him. Then inspiration struck. That’s right, an upgrade of Rapido, one of my favorite G2 bots. Most of him was easy to disassemble, but the torso was a bit of a pain. I had no option to pull the spring-loaded pin out, and painted around it. The head also snapped off the peg, so it’s now glued back in place. It doesn’t look that bad, though. Of course, the spring-loaded option still works. And vehicle mode isn’t that bad either, though it still looks a bit like a cop car with the lights busted.
Very nice. I have the smaller Prowl that came with the armour and I've been wanting to customise him as Rapido myself. If I do, I hope it comes out as good as yours.
Gotta be honest, I had considered turning Earthrise Hoist into Turbofire (said truck guy), but those new anti-screw pegs have made it hard for me to customize. I might get a Bumblebee at some point to turn into Windbreaker, though...
Thrilling 30 Bumblebee would make a good Windbreaker (since they already made it into Carzap which is just a repaint of Windbreaker). And generations Wheeljack/Tracks would make a good Skram.
