Why is every Cyberverse Starscream cursed to have a horrible jet mode?

 

Why does the back of the box figure looks better than the actual one is it because the arms are painted I think they should have upscaled the spark armored starscream with more Paint, accessories, and 5mm pegs for the blast effect because I think that figure nailed the Cyberverse starscreams slim look.

 

Give the Shapeways people a week or two and you will be able to get all you need. Expect to see these on the shelf with the effect parts missing (aka stolen) out of them. Others will buy them, keep the effect parts, and return them. There will probably be very few legitimate sales on these. It does look like butt though. I do need some of those missile effect parts in my life. Need them scaled to fit deluxe, voyager, leader, and masterpiece scales; these would work well in dioramas.

C'mon Soundwave, don't disappoint us like your comrade has.

 

Jet mode is iffy but the robot mode is nearly spot on and frankly we've had equally bad Starscream jets in the past that I thought looked awful in photos but were fine enough in hand, so I'll be getting it for sure. He's a beloved character to me.

Not seeing $20 here. Put it down to $15 on a blister card and maybe.

Just because you put something in a box, doesn't mean it should sell for more.

Five years ago that figure would have been laughed at if it were $10. Don't give me the inflation crap either. Are you making double what you were five years ago?

 

9 years ago we had DOTM Deluxe toys that were definitely simpler than this though, for precisely 10 dollars, in many cases more.

 

What in the heck is going on here? I love Starscream but I’m not sure if I want this. Does he have missiles exploding out of his guts!? What is with that alt mode? Is that how he looked in the show? I didn’t watch enough Cyberverse to see this.

He’s the best Cyberverse Starscream, IMO, based on pics.

 

It’s actually kinda accurate to the on screen jet mode just a bigger top look and different wing placement
if they attempted to thin it dow a little it would be completely show accurate

 

if you haven't seen all the seasons season 2 is on netflix but if you want to see all 3 the i recommend some other app like the cartoon network app or something else

 

Looks almost like they glued wings onto a ReZel-95 Waverider from Gundam Unicorn.

 

The missiles are a piece that you can attach to his chest to emulate his missile-barrage attack he had in the show itself.

And yes, his jet mode in the show did actualy look like that more or less.
