Sorry if this as already been a topic if so just ignore it :p

Towards the end of DOTM after BumbleBee crushes the Teleportation thingy it shows Cybertron. It looks like Cybertron is being sucked off into a black hole. Looks like it is being crushed and broken up. So What is Cybertron's fate , was it sucked into the Abyss never to be seen again? Or did it return to its place in the Galaxy?

It could be either. Considering that the Space Bridge is a portal, I'd say that only a portion of Cybertron actually got through it and therefore only that portion would've been destroyed, if it was destroyed at all.

I'm going with The Ultimate Doom where Cyberton will be destroyed if they dont activate the space bridge speech Shockwave gave in G1.

I think that half of Cybertron was destroyed, leaving one half intact [exactly like in G1].

This. Looks like it is only a part of Cybertron that is destroyed, the part where the bridge was pointed. Could easily imagine it a little like G1, where Unicron got to take a bite before he was defeated.

Judging by the movie, I'd say the part that came into Earth's orbit collapsed into a black hole...which presents a problem, IMO, since the scene cuts away right after Cybertron starts collapsing.

Yeah, I agree. Now, it'll look like Cybertron in G1

It can be assumed that the collapsed beam imploded the 1/3 of the planet in the same manner as how Vulcan was destroy in Star Trek 2009.

    Several things could happen:
    1. the other 2/3s of the planet are sucked in.
    2. the other 2/3s of the planet are being sucked in, but being of larger mass, the collapsing bridge weakens and only a portion of the remaining planet is left.
    3. the other 2/3s of the planet are simply cut off in the manner as what happens when a stargate is turned off with someone's arm half way through it.
    4. the part of the planet being sucked inward is actually spat out and into the other 2/3s of the planet. (cuz matter doesn't just disappear)

gone, destroyed, hit the recycle bin, when the columns were destroyed cybertron was sucked into a temporary black hole and many many many transformers died in the most awesome IMplosion ever, also why there is no fourth movie, because there are too little decepticons to bother making the long voyage to earth from where ever they are in the universe

Cybertron is a dead planet, there isn't a soul living there.

I think Cybertron will be more like G1, since it only partially materialized. Another thing that gives hope is that there was NO TIDAL effect on Earth. SO the portal may have not even brought it here at all and what we saw was a trick of light. The part of cybertron we see get destroyed, must have suffered feedback from the portal keys.

    Yup.

There are no TFs on Cybertron anymore, they were all said to be scattered accross the stars, and if there were, they'd only be Decepticons sent to prep Cybertron for the transport. It is literally a big, empty metal ball floating in space.

Or rather 4/5's of a big metal ball.

I thought that when it collapsed on itself, it just somehow teleported back. The only celestial body I was concerned about was the moon; what happened to it, because I think I saw it explode when the space bridge opened. What will be Earth's fate with the moon gone, if it really was destroyed?

Optimus will build another moon with metal.

That moon will acquire life and name itself....UNICRON! *Inception music*

If Cybertron was a "dead" planet why bring it all the way to earth? Transformers need energon an it is my understand that cybertron is drained of it all. Or else there would be some transformers hanging around it.

In TF1 we see what the Allspark can do. Remember the Mountain Dew machine? or the the girls Caddy changing.

In ROTF , the Fallen as this secret weapon to capture the suns energy I guess and rid Earth of life.

DOTM , Sentinal is wanting to bring Cybertron all the way to earth but for what reason??? if it was a dead planet and No one has any kinda of Energon what purpose does it serve? He says they were gonna rebuild Cybertron using humans as slaves to help but if there is no energon then how can cybertron survive? Maybe i'm wrong I dunno

And use said energy to bring forth a giant army of doom.

He wants to strip Earth's resources and use said resources to rebuild Cybertron.
