Honestly, not very much. It's a little difficult to follow. I do get that the Constructicons got frustrated and fought the umpire and the other guy. You could plan the shots out and try to eliminate telling the reader what's happening (the use of time given information like "5 seconds later" isn't truly necessary) or using too many shots to establish single actions. One thing I used a lot to improve my comic crafting is read real comics. I tended to follow the way they established actions, dialogue and imagery. You can have a look to see how comic creators use panels and how they do it clearly. Also consider using more props. Some props you can make or use other objects as substitutes if you haven't the time (like me). The best part of your method is that you're getting the general idea across. You have some good ideas. You should keep pushing them forward and developing them. Practice, practice, practice!
