Here's one I've always wanted to do for real, but I know it wouldn't turn out well given my lack of real kitbashing skills, so here's a digibash! Cybertron Defense Red Alert turned into European G1 Stalker. I assume the Soundwave head would be smaller than that, and I actually was just gonna leave the Red Alert head to begin with, but I figured this would give it a more proper look. Yeah, I've got one of those in the works, although I plan to eventually modify the head to suit rather try to find a replacement that fits. I must admit, I've never actually checked to see how close the sizes of the two heads are... Pretty decent job, there, though.
Don't mean to Hijack this thread, I like this idea, but I just noticed something else to. Has anyone turned cyb defense hot shot into obliterator pyro? the alt modes look kinda similar to me.
