when you see cybertron pre-movie, you know when the cons had all the control, it has a big crater in it with guts floating out into space. never once did the cons try to make any repairs to it.

then post movie when the bots regained control over it, when you see shots of it not only is the crater gone, but i do believe that the surface of the planet is pretty smoothed over and has many towers coming off it. and we frequently see the bots making power generators and other repairs.

what im getting at is, the cons should have allowed the bots to retake the planet, fix it up, and then swoop back in and take it back. this of coarse would mean they would amass power on chaar first but even still! the cvons had the contructicons, and yet never comissioned them to rebuild the planet, despite the plan of using cybertron as a space battle fortress.

Sorry, but early in the film and just before Unicron attacked, Cybertron looked pretty good.Seems the cons repaired a lot durring the years before the film.

I dont understand Prime went to Cybertron and prepared to re-take Cybertron, with sending a shuttle to Earth to gather some energon, but i just realised why didnt Prime gathered some energon on his way to Cybertron instead?

 

Dude, if the Cons allowed the Bots to fix up Cybertron before they stage a coup to take it over, wouldn't Cybertron just get wrecked again when the Cons try to take it back?

yeah that would be like us letting china take over the us to fix it up then us taking it back. that is a very bad plan.the better plan is for the cons to either fix it themselves or enslave others to do it.

Optimus wasnt on Cybertron. he was on 1 of the moons.

And its safe to assume that they used up any energon they had in settinmg up and running 2 moon bases.

 

Prime out of all the Autobots and Megs biggest arch rival should know that Megatron always interferes with his plans and that Megatron might interfere with his plan of sending a shuttle to Earth

that and laserbeak was pretty much the ultimate spy. he prolly turned off his weapon systems, so that would be detected, and likely glided in so not even his vapor trail would be detected. and being so awesome, landed so softly no one could hear it. yes i wager laserbeak truely is more than a decepticon sign of leadership and the more than just megatrons only competitant follower.

i like to add, why didnt they ever control cybertron? i mean in the beast era its sorta implied that it drifts in space. so why didnt they ever get some control over that?
