Episode was entitled United, and yes, as it suggests, we see Optimus and WIng Saber combine, interestingly enough, they called the combined mode the 'Sonic flight mode' or something similar. Not an awful lot happened in this episode. Override, Evac and Leobreaker went to go help on Cybertron, the Decepticons (bar Starscream) followed, Thunderblast joins Megatron. Prime/Saber combine, overpower Starscream. Interesting little bits: at one point, Leobreaker is made commander of the back-up team for the CD team, and quotes " 'till all are one!' as the team go up the space bridge. And in the flashbacks of Prime/Saber's past, they're on a strange planet and they called it Charr! a great little nod to G1, and it was mentioned 3 or 4 times. So nice to see a little homage like that there. Also, the sounds of the Scrapmetals remind me of the G1 insecticons sounds, not entirely sure if it was actually the same sound effects or not, but it was familiar anyway, and like the insections, they were eating up all the metal. i don't think that there'll be a new episode on Tuesday due to Christmas movies and specials being on, but as far i read there should be one on Thursday week. So i'll review again. On a totally unrelated note, it seems we'll be having G1 re-airing as well, once Armada finishes off on another channel (at like, 7:30am when i'm in bed) it stated that 'Transformers' would be playing, but previously stated the show as 'Transformers: Armada' (and for fridays listing, it states 'final') so i'm guessing they're re-airing G1 again like they did about 3 years ago.....good times

Interesting. I've seen it all subbed so I've not really paid much attention to the dub, but it sounds like a lot of care and thought has gone into making it a good, fun show to watch. Love the little throwbacks to the older shows, that shows a bit of consideration that hasn't been seen since Beast Wars.
