    Not a bad Idea. Also make it a headmaster with switchable heads, and make the exhaust pipes "optional".

    Just sharing my observation so far:

    Red- Elbow&Forearm
    Blue- Faux piece.
    Green- Partsforming Bumper, notice the difference between this and the robot prototype (the bumper forms the side piece attachments on the legs, on the botmode pix it has the front bumper detail, while on the alt mode pic it has the original flametoys detailing.

    Chances are, if these guys wanted to continue on with the project they'd have to make some modification to the designs, and maybe offer the FlameToys parts as separate addons.

    Transforming Flame Toys Tarn would be amazing.

    Anywho, I hope the C&D doesn't go anywhere. If it does, I hope Hasbro takes note and realizes that there's a market for transformable figures in aesthetics like this.

    Not surprised by y the C&D letter. They were blatantly just using Flame Toys design as the robot. So much so I'd almost swear some photos were just Flame Toys. The partsforming nature of this makes me wonder who this is marketed to.

    This isn't a KO though. Its a bit of infringement on the shape and aesthetic, but this transforms. The FlameToys is an non-transforming figure.

    Just sell all the individual limbs separately as well. Find anyway around them as can be. How could it possibly fail.

    They're knocking off FT's design, so they're a knock-off company to me.
