The nickname comes from a friend. I was going to nickname him Betatron, but Radicus seems to fit way better.

The backstory is that he comes from the end of the G2 era conflict. The Autobots and Decepticons are down to their last few ‘bots, and morale is low. And a third party is now threatening to take both sides out (I assume Jihaxus). The last few combiner-capable Cybertronians gathered to make one last gestalt to try and win or lose it all.

So kinda like the Wreckers and their multiple combiner forms.

This beast is made out of four CW bots and one PotP bot. They are as follows...

-CW Silverbolt, painted in a way to mimic his G2 color scheme.
-CW Dragstrip, painted like the abandoned G2 Mirage we’ve seen prototypes of.
-CW Breakdown, painted in my interpretation of his G2 colors.
-CW Prowl, with stickers and minor paint to make him G2 compliant.
-PotP Jazz, converted into Backstreet. The shoulder cannons come from two PotP Jazzes (Jazzi?), And are just glued on.

The blade comes from Siege Megatron, and I’m glad I got a team picture before this happened to Silverbolt’s hand:

Still, it at least fits on if I want him back to “normal.” But he looks good as part of my G2 display at work:

I love that Dragstrip in those colors, and I would really like to see more of that Backstreet! Great job!

Well, here’s the Backstreet! This is from a slightly prior incarnation, where he had some additional fuel tanks added. They fell off while in storage, and I chose not to add them back on.

I have also included images of Overdrive, also made from PotP Jazz. He’s not part of this form of Radicus but could easily be subbed in.

The combined mode is great. Love the name too. Maybe it could be a result of things getting so desperate that Optimus gives the matrix to him (that is, unless that third party took it already).

Thanks for the compliments, guys. King Glurch, I did get an idea from your suggestion regarding the Matrix. While I don’t have any MPs or a Titan Master for the Matrix... I do have a Revoltech Optimus.

Since popping open Radicus’ chest drastically compromises structural integrity, I figure this was the next best thing.
