Would anyone be interested in 3rd party revoltechs like the designs below? A friend of mine is thinking about moving forward but we want to see if anyone would actually want to pick these up.

I would buy the holy poop out of some revoltech-esque 3rd parties. These look amazing.

Very cool! I really like Sunstreaker; unfortunately, I sold my tf revoltech collection a year ago so I wouldn't pick these up.

Dude, those are sick! Love Wheeljack, Ultra Magnus, Soundwave, and Shockwave! The others are cool too but I want the ones I mentioned more. Sunstreaker is nice though he'd need his twin Sideswipe to complete the pair.

Pretty amazing. :thumb  I'd love to see a line of this for the TFP characters.

If they come fully painted, I'll definitely be getting them. Excellent work :thumb

Looks promising....still have my 5 TF revoltechs and always wished Kaiyodo would make more TF's. But the thing is revoltech has come a long way. Their figures are more advanced (like double jointed ratchets and stuff) and do a better job of hiding the ratchet joints now so I would prefer a design style that's more current. Also, price is a very important factor. Revoltech's used to be "affordable" for the size of the figure....but now they're like doubled in price which is why I stopped collecting them.

There was a time when I totally would've gone for this. Actually, I'd still go for this even if I've culled my Revoltech collection down to nothing.

Also, yes, I'd buy the hell out of these provided they're available already assembled and pre-painted.

I love the G1 Revoltechs and still have them (Optimus, Megatron, Starscream, and custom painted Skywarp that's pictured in my avatar.... need to paint up a spare Starscream into Thundercracker). I personally think these Revoltechs are sized perfectly to be displayed next to FP Crossfire Colossus (Bruticus) and MT Green Giant (and presumably FP Intimidator/not-Menasor) and that's how I display them.

Those are awesome designs. Depending on price I'd be interested. Especially Soundwave, Sunstreaker, Sixshot and Wheeljack.

Definitely... though, while I think the designs are cool, there's just too much inaccuracy in the figures for me to absolutely say "GOD YESS!!"... Shockwave's legs, the hood-feet on Sunstreaker... that kinda thing.

i would buy every one of these that was G1, i see a couple characters i dont recognize though. they go amazingly with classics gestalts and ive complained since Giant came out that we needed more Revoltech figs. please make them reasonably priced.
this is the best [possible] news i've heard all day.

Me too... can someone tell us who the unobvious ones are? For me it's the 1st, 2nd and 5th pictures.

    is that... rollar?

edit: and for the record, im feel like i speak for most when i say that I would not care for those clearance issues created by the chests of sixshot/greatshot. you probably have to give them tiny chestplates?

ultra magnus seems a little over-detailed too... were these originally meant for something else?
there are tons of clearance issues in those more complicated renders that dont have ball joints showing.

    but i'd still buy them.
