got the idea after missing out on throne of prime set at fan expo in Canada where that ww2 flash back bumble bee was unveiled. so the scale is about right still not sure haven't 3d printed it yet. I need feed back for the outer part of the back rest still uneasy about it. otherwise I love and think it fits any collection well here what it look like when i started at the wrong scale . completely different path CAD render height for just the chair comes in at 23 cm or about 9 inches and overall height at just a little under 1 foot here a test print on the wheel of primes this is only 1/4 of the wheel for scale next war for cybertron optimus prime
I found the font on dafont so yeah now working to look for cool little quotes one from each of all the voice actors whos has played optimus prime even if it a megatron quote
so this is getting near the end . is every one okay with a blank back or should i add something. and what do you think of the makers mark on the attachment point of the wheel
I think it would be fine if it were to have a blank back; as thrones are meant for viewing from the front. I don't mind the makers mark on the back any (mostly because I don't know what it says), although it should probably be a little more centered to that circle part.
Blank back is fine by me. It's not the "visible" side so it makes no difference to me. Looks amazing so far. Well you deserve it. You're doing a great job.
I’m okay with the back. As for the text. Center: Dick Gautier Leonard Nimoy Center-Left: Frank Welker Center-Right: David Kaye Steps-Center: “Welcome The Primes” “Till All Are One.” Steps-Left Center: Stan Jones. Steps-Left Side: Gary Chalk Bottom step is backwards and upside down I’m not deciphering it. EDIT: Aron Kincaid. Steps-Right Center: Chris Latta Steps-Right Side: Peter Cullen Hugo Weaving Back: CQL....? A little too obscure and immersion breaking for me, but it’s your throne.
