Another update on Screamer, added a little more detailing and touch ups on the cockpit area.
With some fix ups here and there from my previous update...
Also as you can see, i've began to do some more work on the top/middle of his F-22 form and started on his left wing! :D  Hes getting there...slowly.

This turning out to be really gorgeous. It makes the tats/warpaint on
the Hasbro version look so half-ass. And I really like the tat job on the Hasbro
version. Just goes to show what some talent and a good base layer
of color can do for what I consider an excellent mold.

a Q to you my friend: could or would you tell me where i can find a map with all these tattoos? wanna see how much mistakes i did ( i know there are millions).

and could you tell me which kind of paint you use, which don't let the graphite swim on it?

Thanks alot man, tbh the mold is amazing. It's just the dull paint hides it all, the detail is phenominal on this figure and it's even better painted properly :)

    Thanks dude

LOL Joe you are awesome, thanks for that compliment bro! haha :D

You mean a template? I can't help you with that sorry; since i'm doing this freehand :)  Idk where to get one, i think Frenzy Rumble might help you out. All i'm doing is using reference from the movie/game and concept art and I use Games Workshop CITADEL acrylics.

Definately one of the best Screamers here on the board yet.
I like your work and effort you put into the project! (Eventhough I'm not a big fan of the tattoos in general. ;)  )

I'm currently working on a slightly similar project. I want to make a Movie 1 Screamer Design out of the HFTD Screamer.
In other words, I need to remove the tattoos and give him some nice greyish touch ups.
And I think your base you had with the Codex Grey is exactly what I'm looking for.
My question now is: Did you painted the several layers of grey or did you use some Airbrush? (Because it looks so smooth!)

Hi there, thanks for the kind words. Yeah i too want to do a Movie 1 Starscream with this mold, being a huge fan of Screamer...gotta have both from TF1 and ROTF/DOTM right? haha...
Yep i airbrushed on the grey, i did 4 layers of it. Though i did use a sponge on some areas, that also works out pretty good too. :)

    You're very welcome! :)

Ah, then my thoughts were right.
I might get me a Tamiya Acrylic Spray paint (Navy Grey, that should work). I also work a lot with Citadel/Games Workshop paints but I never sprayed them yet.

Did you use a sponge for the dark grey spots or have you sprayed them too? They do look so smooth too! :)

I used a sponge for the camo, came out great but lightly outline them in dark grey before i started to sponge the paint on. Hope this helps you out for ur Screamer.
