You could snag a pair of the black hands (KP-14B) and paint the base of the hand red.

For this Prime, the Tracks or Lambo hands would fit the size better. No idea why anyone would suggest MP10 hands, they're far too big.

 

I do believe so, yes, the dimensions are suitable for sure, but the challenge is getting the proper placement correct for the hands to sit on the existing mechanism.

You will either have to shave down (accurately) the original KFC joint parts to fit in the arm... or you will have to cut Prime's old hands off to a flush mount of the hinged black piece and then cut off the mushroom stub mount off of the KFC joints and hard mount them using either epoxy or Gorilla super glue to mount them onto the shaved black pieces for the hands to mount to. LOL, oh no, I wasn't talking about MP10 hands. You're thinking of KP-06 hands for MP10.
The hands I was talking about are the Seeker jets' hands, KP-14 made my KFC, for Starscream, Skywarp, Thundercraker, etc.  
KFC makes hands for both MP10 and Seekers. I have both models, and they're amazing.
You're definitely right too, the Lambo/Tracks PH-01 hands would be a good fit, but the KP-014 hands are slightly bigger by 1/16" overall and a much better 'looking' hand, but the PH-01 hands are definitely guaranteed to fit because of their compact size. Both hands would work one way or another.
