Hello everyone. I'm Draoss. This thread is meant to be a testbed for future posts that i wish to make. I've been customizing since 2013 but never posted on Radicons before. So here I go with my absolute first custom ever from all the way back in 2013: CHUG Cliffjumper(and some cameos):

Start of with, he is just a repaint of Classics Cliffjumper, all by hand as I wasn't spraypainting at the time (I only started that in mid 2018), done with Citadel paints: Stormvermin Grey, Mephiston Red and Abandon Black. He also has the Beelezaboss upgrade kit. At the time(and to this day), i couldn't find the vehicule mode upgrade kit He is also a membre of the Elite Guard in my personal headcanon/collection project. The Elite Guard crest is cobled together form the Animated Elite Guard reprolables set and the white background set.

Also I gave him Action Master Blaster's weapon. This is a prelude to a MASSIVE project, amongst many others, I started working on in mid 2019. More on that in a different thread though.

Next is vehicule mode with comparisons to ACE Desings take on MP Cliffjumper and my custom Classics Bumblebee:

As you can see, I kinda borked up a bit with the solderin iron and more paint chiping on the hood. Bumblebee's customization is simply painted bumpers, vents and knees in robot mode. Also no spoiler.

And more robot mode comparisons: 20200404_144221.jpg
Trailbreaker here is my second custom ever, started back in 2013 as well. I will post a seperate thread for him soon enough as he is only 98% finished(I only got to spraypainting him in mid 2019. 6 years after I started him and Hoist. I am that slow with some of my customs).

And finally a group shot with Hubcap(for size comparison), Hound(with reprolables, the MGS upgrade kit and Fansprojectt gun) and Bumblebee(with A.M Bb's backpack gun)

Altogether, for my first custom ever from back 7 years ago now, I still love him.

However since i now have an MP scale Cliffjumper(got him and Hubcap on sale at BBTS months ago), and the fact that he needs a touchup anyway and the fact that I would like a Tap-Out AND the fact that I would like to keep some mold/vehicule variation AAAAAAND the fact that this mold scales nicely, to my never-ending amusent, with the MP scale for minibots anyway, I'm thinking that maybe I should just repaint him into Tap-Out.

So, overall, what are your thoughts? Again this is my first ever on Radicons so there might be some hiccups for it. But as a test this was fun and I hope to get to lead out and share more of the customs i've worked on over the years and the ones I'm curently/perpetually working on.

See you guys next post, which is now up as CHUG Test thread 2: custom Windcharger feat. special guests.

Hi Draoss, I’m loof, and I really like your 7 year old customs. It does make me wonder what you can do nowadays.
