Credit card chargeback

    How does these work? I bought some stuff on ebay & pay with paypal with a credit card..well, paypal closed the cased it couldn't be proven that Shadow commanders were Knock offs..so If I call the Credit card company what do I say?

    Just tell the credit card company that the item you bought was not as advertised and was an inferior product.

    Different card issuers have their own practices pertaining to charge disputes.

    In this case it 's not a very clear-cut dispute (ie. goods not received, damaged goods during shipping, etc), but a helpful company will still do its best to bring both parties involved - the buyer and seller together and hopefully work out a mutually agreeable arrangement.

    Something to watchout for though as this case will most probably require the credit card company to approach PayPal and initiate an investigation. This may prompt PayPal to freeze your all of your account activities while this is taking place.
