Well, it's been quite a long time since I updated this thread. Moved into a townhouse about a year ago and loving it. Had another office for about a year, but my wife started teaching her music classes a bit more at home so we decided the office was best for her, and time to move the toys on out. The plus side to this though, is we have a rather large kitchen/basement floor. Since it stays cool down there 24/7/365, I thought it might be a primo spot for the collection to go. To top it off we got a rather good gas mileage reimbursement from buying a car in 2012 that had the wrong mpg advertised (it's a continual reimbursement now, which is pretty damn awesome!), that completely covered the cost of getting a nice set of new detolf displays. My wife was completely cool with it since she now had a fully functional studio, so the toys got packed up and moved to the coolest area in the house! It may be a bit strange setup, but it works out for both of us.

I wanted it to be a good combo of TF's and games, so that's what I went for.

Great collection, and love the SNES games collection you've got. We have an uncanny overlap in games!

The shelving is cheap. You can get the shelves, brackets and screws at any home improvement store (I used menards) for around 7 bucks a longer shelf and 5 bucks for the shorties. Pretty cheap but I'd like to upgrade everything to glass or detolfs ideally.

Thanks guys. The TF sticks were a lot of fun to do. I did pretty much all the modification on them except the 2 ps3/360 sticks (galvatron/grimlock). Had a bud do the dual modifications on those for me, work great. The megatron one was a complete gutting/repaint/rewire on my part. Only works for ps2 atm but I might throw 360 compatibility in there eventually.

I regretted selling the majority of my nes collection so I've held onto pretty much everything since then. I have a whole slew of saturn and dreamcast games buried in there too, the other stuff just covers them up.

Very nice, love the setup and it seems like it flows well. The individual shelves make all the difference. But for heaven's sake get some curtains on those windows! Don't you know what UV can do to Transformers?!?!

    Thanks guys

Prowl is there!! :lol  You can see his red horns behind mirage and in front of deep dive :D  Which is why I said I desperately need some more risers or space on that shelf. Maybe I'll get on a chair or something and take some top down pics of that shelf so all the figures are a bit more visable.

Lol. The sun exposure in that room is pretty minimal, and none of the toys are in direct sunlight. We're moving soon anyway so hopefully they'll find a new home in a nice dark basement :D

Thanks man, and yeah when we moved to this place I told the wife I wouldn't display any more TF stuff in the rest of the place, so I've been making due with room for the time being. I'm pretty content with what I have right now as well, and I think everything fits ok in some way or another.

awesome collection!! good use of the space you have. seems like a smallish room, I'm in the same boat, using my small home office as my home for robits, though not as many as you. Again, wicked collection!! thanks for sharing.

I can't believe you bought two Kre-os each. That is awesome that you display them in vehicle and robot mode.
