What if we could get a movie showing the Fallen betraying his brothers. We got part of it in the intro to ROTF but i think it would be cool to go back when they first arrive to earth and the journey and events leading up to the Fallen's betrayal.
The will travel back in time just for the sake of the movie ... But still i think it would be really cool to see the Fallen get his own movie.
It would be cool to see his story that led up to the betrayal of his brothers and why. Of course, if you've watched ROTF you already know how it ends.
that's true and although the Fallen, formerly Megatronus, has many different origin stories and some describe his betrayal rather than most talking about how Liege Prime tricks him to steal the Apex armor that Solus made for him and then Megatronus kills her.
I hope they do because he is the worst most poorly written villain I've ever seen in all four films so far.
It's like Rogue One. Yes if you've seen A New Hope then you know they ultimately succeed in getting the plans to destroy the Death Star, but it was still a thrilling movie nonetheless. So while a Fallen movie is unlikely, I think the origin story behind his betrayal would be interested to watch.
I would agree with that. But how far back? Back to when Liege Prime got him to steal the Apex armor from Solus and he then accidentally kills her or the journey from planet to planet leading up to him attacking his brothers on earth?
You know, I would like to see more of the Fallen in some way in future films - even if only flashbacks. He was this insanely powerful Satan character with so much potential and there just didn't end up being a lot to him in ROTF before Optimus squished his noggin. With the big expanded story they are moving towards there are lots of places that he could fit in.
I dunno. It'd run into similar problems to the Clone Wars and Revenge of the Sith have in Star Wars, when developing characters like Kit Fisto or Aayla Secura. While it's cool seeing those characters getting fleshed out, you then remember their predetermined pathetic death, in a movie where they were utterly forgettable and then it makes you even more bummed out.
