    At LONG last I am extremely proud and excited to present my form of the Constructicons and Devastator. Obvisously this is a project based on the Ptitvite / Frenzy_Rumble model with a few tweaks to make it my own. This set of figures is my first custom project and was a great way to learn and gain confidence to go off and do something unique next time around.

    Thanks go to Mike (Frenzy_Rumble) for not only his gift to the community but his willingness to help newcomers to the craft. Also thanks go to Sculpt-Bot for his casted Devastator heads (both of which can be seen below).

    Every other day I will show a new Constructicon all leading up to Devastator himself. (Bare with me as I am shooting the figures and prepping them for display here.)

    Since I am new to all this, please let me know what you guys think!

    --------------------------------------------------------------------

    Finally, last up is the King of Destruction himself, DEVASTATOR!

    Let's end this...

    Constructicons Merge For The Kill!

    I hope you have enjoyed my work and presentation of the Constructicons and Devastator. Thanks to everyone for the great comments and thoughts! Now, what gestalt should be next? ;-)

    mind sharing how you got the chest piece you used? I know people buy KO parts and then use other parts combined with it. its the last part of my Dev I haven't nailed down yet, and I need a good solution

    @IceWilly

    Here is the recipe:

    2 G1 Devy chest shields and one ROTF Blowpipe.

    Lot's of dremeling and cutting to make right. Also 2 magnets embedded into the plastic so it attaches to Hook's wheels.

    Super Bad!!!

    I like the shot with the dinobots. I'd like to see a close-up of the head.

    Well done. I'm sure you're proud of your new baby!

    The construction looks flawless and the mod work is amazing! Everything looks really good...the only thing I would have done was add some purple but that's just me. This is a really good looking Dev custom!! Thumbs up man!

    @Son: Funny you said that. Over at ProCustomizers someone said that too on the purple. The lighting in my pictures actually killed off the purple a bit. His chest shield, hands and other little bits are purplish gray. I dulled down the purple so he didn't look bright and non-realistic. In person the purples stand out a bit more. But I did go for the subdued look. I wanted the vehicles to look more realistic and not like they drove out of a circus. :D
