Acording to "Teletran 1: The Transformers Wiki," there are plans being made to produce Dinobots and constructicons. The dinobots are Grimlock, Slag, and Swoop


The only known Constructicon now is Scrappper, but there will be at least 2 constructicons.

Professor Sumdac created the Dinobots by transforming 3 theme park attractions into sentient robots. They then went nuts and tried to kill the Autobots, so things haven't really changed much in the last 23 something years

Animated is shaping up to be one of the best series since BW.

Not quite news. We've seen prototypes for Grimlock and Slag, and concept art for Slag and Swoop. However, I do plant to buy them all...and I hope there's a good amount of Constructicons, so I can get them and get more Autobots.

 

Can someone show me the picture with Grimlock prototype?? I'm interested to see if he can substitute for G1 Grimlock.

 

Also S250 added both Huffer and more important to ths thread Mixmaster as beign additional G1 characters to make a return so yeah its looking like the other Constructicon is Mixmaster.

As for the Grimloc being a stand in for G1 he has more in common with G1 Grimlocks design than the classics version unfortunatly for those wanting G1 accuracy he has a Cruellock kind of lower jaw instead of the classical face plate.

 

Dinobots we've seemed theme since the first teasewr a SDCC comic-con 2007.

Also we've seen Arcee.

I'm liking them constructicon. I hope they combine into Devastator.

 

Well, seeing as there are only going to be TWO Constructicons, the chances of Devastator happening would be slim. If there were, oh I dunno, four, five, maybe SIX Constructicons, I could see Devastator. But two Constructicons ain't gonna cut it.

 

They could still combine, though it'd be more like powerlinking in Energon.

There could still be more of them, it's just that Bulkhead only meats 2 of them. By the way it sounds, the whole Construction project, there will probably be more, and they will more than likely combine. That's my current theory anyways.

 

Cause we have never had 2 figure combiners before have we.........

Alright so maybe we havent had any 2 figure combiners that were that great but we have had them and this could be their chance to actually make a good one.

Not to mention that excluding alternate versions of characters beyond the 2 Primes and 2 Megatrons we already know of if they released a 2pack of Voyagers at leader price point it would allow ALL of the characters we have heard of so far to get toys within the the 3 leader, 9 voyager and 15 deluxe numbers we were given.

Not that you care because you dont like animated and seem to provide nothing new to any of your comments they are simply a permutation of "animated is crap and if you like it so are you" we get it you dont like animated at all and have no good things to say about it and no you dont fall under the umbrella of simply being able to state your opinion people who dont like animated can express it this is a forum its just you already have expressed it.....OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER again once you have something new to add please do.

 

Dammit they miss Sludge and Snarl.

 

For something you hate, you're unusually up-to-speed about Animated.

I give it six months before you backtrack.

 

hopefully they'll release animated toys that didn't make it onto the show.. such as the other 2 dinobots!

 

I'll just be happy when they release the ones that MADE the show.
