    No, of coarse not. But was the movie based on a comic book hero? I've loved the movie ever since I was a kid in the 80's. Still, one of my favorite movies from the era. But I'm curious if it was based on a real comic book hero like Superman, Batman, Spiderman, and the like?

    Or was this a completely made up for the movies character?

    All that I know is that it was inspired by something Called the Game of X and right know, he (Condorman) being lobbied to be put into the Marvel Universe.
