CUSTOM Transformers DOTM Leader Class Megatron - YouTube​

Here he is..... finished. He will be on eBay this evening. This is my vision for a leader class Megatron from Dark of the Moon. I wanted to combine Megatron's look from the actual movie, Josh Nizzi's multiple concept art looks, ad the actual Hasbro toy. This figure has the following features:

- Ball jointed neck/head
- 2 different LEDs mounted in head operated by locking switches on his upper back
- One LED is a bright red that stays lit
- Second LED is a flickering orange LED to simulate damaged electronics
- Full articulation in shoulders, elbows, wrists, fingers, waist, hips, knees, and feet.
- Custom made and molded tarp that is removable
- Custom right hand by Fakebuster
- Custom made hobo shotgun that can be securely held in his right hand

He was built from numerous figures some being:

- ROTF Leader Optimus Prime
- ROTF Leader Megatron
- TFTM Leader Megatron
- ROTF Deluxe Sideswipe
- Numerous Zoid parts
- Mack Truck model
- McFarlane Cyber Unit figures

I gave him several layers of paint to give him that weathered and worn look. I started with a base coat of Ultra Flat Tan followed by Army Green, and Brown. Then his robotic parts we painted in several shades of gunmetal, silver and oiled steel. He was finished with rust and grime details. He is not transformable.

pretty cool there man!! Though.. I don't get why everyone keeps giving him his gimpy arms from the RotF... he has 2 full arms and hands in DotM.. Doesn't he??

No.... he has one semi normal hand that has 3 fingers and a thumb and one that has the long skinny fingers/claws:

Wow he sure looks beefy! And thanks for using my hand design. Though I kinda wish his right fist is larger now...The small size gets kinda lost amidst the brawniness of the rest of the figure.

Love the damage on the face. Looks painful

My god he's evil and grose, which means he's perfect Great job man.
I've said it before, but it comes to mind everytime i see one of your works, your the only person who makes me want a movie figure and you'll be the only person i will probably ever own one done by.
