Ben stiller as highprime, vince vaughn as SWP. Will ferrell cameos as pete ahahahaha THERES SOMETHING ABOUT G2 MENASOR a farrelly bros joint
Geez, pete. You being good humored is taking the fun out of making fun of you, you really are a scourge to the community
I'm in no way defending anyone, but I just wanted to point out that at least the z75 seller has listened a little bit. I was looking at his auctions (mainly the nightracer) and actually put a quantity of 2. So...........at least something good came out of this thread? maybe?
I rarely lurk here in the news and rumors so I only jumped on this thread this week but I have to say this is the most intriguing thread I've ever seen here on these boards. I want Owen Wilson as a shill bidder.
Well once hasbro does it's combiner wars with menasor....Fp needs to do a g2 botcon boxset release...it has been shown plenty of folks love and live for those wacky G2 colors.
z75sales (starwarsprotos) recently received negative feedback on ebay for not fulfilling a transaction.
Yeah, [email protected] mentioned earlier in this thread that he'd won that $0.99 BIN MOSC Botcon G2 Breakdown, and that seller wasn't about to honor it!
So no one noticed it until it ended at $0.99? wow, oh and i think i know why he doesn't want to honor it,
nothing will go for any more or less than what the folks who are into collecting it will bid on it's worth (to them)....when you run an auction . buyer's are not going to be willing to spend more than they are comfortable with (ebay does not come with a "lets hock the kid and wife for an extra $1K option). The guy acting / portraying himself as a "broker" when he directly owned them...That's shaddy to me anyway...but it comes down to his buyers bidding on his auction. It's up to them to vote with their $$$$. And transformers are fickle @ the best of times in holding their value. I just won that purple energon spear that was given out at a convention for participants doing a questionaire.....for $1.00 And i have never seen that go for less than $50 before. Ebay and toy collecting is a hobby, not an investment for most folks. If you are expecting them to appreciate in value all the time....good luck.
holy cow, last time i was in here was when ole dude won the auction. Its been a very informative good night's read.
the whole drama unfolded on thread can serve as a couple of lessons of sorts :in that 1) always have a rational conscience to part with ridiculous sums of money; and 2) never fully trust sellers that are of an unknown origin..
