That's the Retailer Incentive cover (i.e. the rare one). The one you saw was just the regular variant.
What is that Transformers Collectors Book? I've never heard of it. *EDIT* Never mind. I read the original post. Duh!
Saw both covers to Arcee at my usual shop. As for TF Collection 2007, already picked it up from my Japanese bookstore first thing after announcement last year. I like it. I'm a little surprised that Diamond's distributing it... Although I kinda wish it was a bit thicker on a little more material.
Yep - There's the normal A and B variants and the RI (Retailer Incentive) cover, of which Retailers get 1 copy for every 10 copies of the other varients they order (hence why they are rarer than the other variants). If you look on the inside front or back cover it should list all the variants of that issue, including the RI variant.
