Any members know of any good online retail comic stores? I've just been looking to see if there's any good ones where I can save some money since the local one I went to closed down. Sorry if this isn't in the right section as well. Thanks in advance for any help.

Wow! Midtown comics has a website. I don't like going in there, because it always smells bad from the fanboy B.O., no joke.

I think the question is, would it be a comic store if it DIDN'T smell like that?

Whenever I go to my comic book store they ask me to hurry up with my browsing and leave quickly, because I'm making the place smell too nice :(

I'll be honest, I don't recall my comic shop ever really smelling that bad. Maybe it's a front for some illegal good smelling activity.

Midtown comics (online) is pretty great, although shipping might be slow depending on where you are located. Pretty good prices, but even better, their user interface on the site is really good too so you can keep track of past and present orders, easy to change address and cancel orders etc etc. Really important, especially if you've ever used some crappy website before and then had problems with your order afterwards.

I've used Mile High Comics once or twice but I mostly stick to Midtown Comics. Prices are good, shipping costs aren't bad and I usually get my stuff within 5 days from them with the basic shipping.
