The full schedule for SDCC goes live some time today, I believe. I doubt there'll be an entire panel just for RID, considering how far in the future it still is, but I wouldn't be surprised if a clip turned up during Hasbro's main Transformers presentation.
I can't imagine there being an entire panel dedicated to the new series, though I'm sure it'll be one of the main topics they bring up in the TF panel. Hopefully with a first look at the series itself and maybe some early toy prototypes/sketches.
If it's like when they premiered prime, it'll be all about the toys then they will air a 30 second to one minute clip that tells you very little about the series. Then spend the next 15 minutes talking about it.
TFP premiered the clip first, then a year later the First Editions were announced. Then the show started, and the Toys didn't come out till the second season. So I'm expecting no Toys until Toy Fair 2015, and a 30 second clip of BB fighting someone or something. I don't expect any new toys until June 2015 at the earliest, I would be surprised if they are released any earlier, or later.
