Looks like someone is bringing back comic book vending machines. (they used to have them in the 70s and 80s) Japan has some manga vending machines as well. If this takes off we might get new comic readers and maybe a return of newsstand type books in stores and gas stations.

The old one then a manga one then the new ones.

Do any comics that are not mangas or the school ones sell well? Comics are only read by a really small group. This would be a great way to get new readers.

Assuming people are willing to buy them out of vending machines.

I like the concept as a way of bringing comic sales back into places where they've disappeared, but I don't think that's the only barrier facing comics being a wildly profitable medium again.

What the hell is that X-Men Universe one with Magneto with a gun? I don't think I've ever seen that one before...

It's a 64 page reprint book. Have a issue of that series.

Also jeez I hope you get multiple issues there for 4 bucks. Those are not 4 dollar comics.

One issue for a $1 or $2. The higest in there is the simpsons for $3. New comics are $4 to $5 these days so that's not bad. That miles Spider-Man book is $4 new.

Now the one in the picture above it had higher priced comics. Some were $5! That is to high. Wonder if they dropped the price? Bet they did as the photo of hockey one was just taken.
