Flame is interesting. I never got FOC Megatron before. I can see how annoying those knees can be. He does look great. Very vibrant. 20240911_172218.jpg

He is still pretty poseable too

The tank treads suck. I know it's meant to be hover mode. But its okay still.

    20240911_173016.jpg

Xaaron is not too bad. His small stature works well for him.
    20240911_173541.jpg

I do prefer him with no accessories on him however.

    20240911_173653.jpg

His tank mode is pretty poor, i like his cube mode more.

Overall, much like Straxus, if your a fan of the old UK comics, you will enjoy these two. The choice of molds is not too bad. And since they are siege and newer, they are going to fit in easily to peoples current collections.

Mine arrived today. Another fantastic edition to the line. Really hoping it continues long enough to get a comic Blaster.

They're pretty solid. Maybe they didn't quite get the same amount of love as Straxus, but it's great to finally have toys of these two. Worth noting that Xaaron's plastic does not photograph well. It looks nothing like the desaturated beige-y colors in the pics.

Does Xaaron’s waist kind of lock in for anyone else?

Really very happy with bofh of these. Inspired mold choices with enough remolding to really capture the soirit of the source material. They round out the best mini-collection that Hasbro has put out in years. Looking forward to more

It's another winner in the comic book line. Hasbro are nailing it with these comic inspired figures. For Marvel fans especially Marvel uk this is a dream pick up.

Long may they continue to release comic figures.

I really like the look of these two, but missed out on them. I hope they’ll restock them again as I’m always up for getting the more obscure characters.

    This set is super great!

I wish they had added a clip-on triangular guard piece for Flame's cannon to bring the tank mode more in line with the comics, but I understand that there was already a bunch of new parts for him and Xaaron.

Speaking of Flame's cannon, since it has no arm-mount depiction in the comics, I've decided I like the look of it "reversed" in robot mode.

If I had one little criticism, I wish Xaaron’s partsforming kibble could combine to make a little drone or something. If you don’t want them attached in bot mode they just end up as a pile of parts.

Yeah, that's my only issue with Xaaron as well. I keep looking at the treads and wishing they had some tabs that connected to the turret.

The designers deliberately went with a partsforming figure for xarron.

Flame is easily the winner of the set. Xaaron is kind of disappointing TBH. The arms of the Reflector mold are so poorly designed and awkward, and I got bad QC so the alt mode doesn't really tab together.

Flame, on the other hand, is fantastic. The colors pop and the retooled parts are gorgeous. Even his plastic feels sturdier than Xaaron. If they had retooled the forearms he would've been even better. I just wish the FOC Megatron mold had an option for non-hover treads like the original.

I like both for what they are, just incredible we get these figures at all. I'd be happy if some third party company made some more accurate limbs for Flame, but I doubt it'll happen given how niche the set is. Looking forward to mine.

They're fantastic. Flame is so bold and colorful in a way TF toys don't really feel like they have been in a while, and Xaaron is a lovely little treat.
