    You make it sound as if Hasbro has some magical control over all retail stores who carry their products. The stores order cases based on their inventory, if a store has twelve or more comic book deluxes on the shelf during the holidays they aren't going to get more in until those are gone or near gone. The only reason CW stuff is starting to hit stores now because the holidays have basically wiped the shelves clear and now new merchandise can be filled.

    That and the CW stuff did get released before Christmas, through online retailers.

    Yeah, american toys don't have "release dates". They just hit whenever they arrive and stores order.

    It's incorrectly stocked I would be getting it for $9.99, if I had done that in my section would have been written up.

    I will probably never see them.

    The biggest toy buying holiday was a few days ago. Releasing these toys within days after said holiday is ******ed. Historically Q1 toys are released in late January, mostly in February. Most stores do not order toys this time of the year, they are counting stock, etc. So my intial reaction is these toys should have been released in October or November in time for the Holiday. I'm not sad about this, at least you guys won't have any parents or kids to deal with. Unless they are spoiled, I knew I couldn't even think about asking for a new toy until my birthday in March.

    Combiner Wars have the same DPCI as Generations making things difficult to track online.

    That may be, but Hasbro has been releasing Q1 toys in December these last few years. For better or worse.

    If your point is that these would have made awesome Christmas gifts then I agree!
