Christ, another trip to TK Maxx tomorrow then. £12.99 though, that's some bargain...

That\'s amazing! I sprung for the set of him and his limbs online a while back, and as soon as I got him Takara announced their version, and the Hasbro ones started to be a bit more available, and occasionally hit reductions at Kapow and places like that..
.. I ain\'t even mad tho. He\'s a great figure, and a character I always wanted since I saw Call of the Primitives as a kid. I hope plenty of UK fans are able to snag him at this price, I just got Blaster for £25 from TK Maxx yesterday. It\'s a good week for UK TF fans!

    Wow, great price.

Is it unusual for a TF figure to seemingly bypass regular retail in multiple countries and be more easily found at discount places and prices? Several of us stateside found this figure discounted at Ross rather than HTS / TRU / Target / WM etc.

This officially means it's shown up on retail shelves in the UK more times than in the US.

Blimey! £13 for a new Voyager figure? A year ago I asked my parents to pick up Sky Lynx when they were on vacation in Manilla because I thought he would be overpriced locally. If only I knew, eh folks?

WHAT. Wow. Was totally expecting us to not see it and it ends up in TK Maxx of all places? Too bad I already bought it earlier in the year.

Yeah, "late to the party" only applies if he actually came out here...

The last wave of a line is usually ass for distribution. A lot of figures basically never came out, or came out exclusively at these "market six" distributors. Figures like RTS Windcharger or Lugnut are more or less exclusive to these retailers.

It's incredibly stupid, but given how distribution is getting worse and worse, I think we'll be seeing it even more.

It's becoming more common, that's for sure. I don't know if we can explain it away as tail-end under ordering though. The window for small sellers to order that wave was very narrow and never reopened. So this looks like retailer bungling, where they again thought product that never made it to store shelves would magically sell anyway and dumped it on closeout stores when it didn't.
