First post on here is my Custom Combiner wars Scorch for my Turbomaster combiner project, What is me making new versions of the Turbomasters ThunderClash (complete), Scorch (complete), Boss (Complete), Flash and Hurricane who will form into a Combiner called Hyperdrive. First 100% finished is Scorch who is the CW first aid figure with a new Head from shapeways, modified removable front end what becomes the front of scorch thanks to the magic of magnets, i also went and made a custom bull-bar for Scorch to give it more of a G1 look, And the final part was the custom water transfers my mate made for me. Thoughts?
He looks pretty cool. Can't wait to see the combiner. TURBOMASTER would even be a cool name for him (if you don't already made one up). What about his jet engine gun? Will he get one like all of of the G1 Turbomasters had? What are those?
God damn it i meant water transfers, and the combiner is called Hyperdrive, after the never made 7th member of the Turbomasters, i was thinking weapons but they can be added whenever but the new combiner gun is a jet turbine thing haha
Painting's looking a bit slapdash on the bumper bar. I kinda think you should touch it up, but that's just me.
Would be interested in how you pulled off the hood/chest transformation. Does it detach or did you create your own joint?
It is a detachable part what connects to the body of Scorch via Magnets on both body and the underside of the front of the car mode
The paint on the bullbars had some odd reaction to the clear coat i used i will at some point go in and fix it but ya cant really notice it unless ya close up like in the pictures.
