By Generation: Combiner Wars Scavenger - Quick and Easy Head Fix

    It seems most Combiner Wars Scavenger toys suffer from low self esteem. His head doesn't fully deploy upward, and his head slumps. It fits the character bio, but it is annoying. Here's what I mean; this is the head up in a "neutral" position on the ball joint:

    So, after wondering for a while if it was an assembly error of some kind, I got fed up and just modified Scavenger:

    There is a piece of plastic inside the neck cavity to stop the neck; it's probably there to center the head so that it doesn't go back too far. However, it was causing the neck from going all the way up. You can actually see the piece I'm talking about in the photo. It's right behind the grooves in the neck ratchet.

    This is an easy fix. I sanded down that flat part of his neck a little. It allowed the neck joint to go up further. I'd rather cut the piece back instead of the neck piece (the ball joint stem is right on the edge there), as I was afraid I'd screw something up or cut too deep.
