I ordered Dinobot, doesn't say he's in stock so I'm guessing it's because they're still updating their webpage?

We're passing on voyagers. Son is only interested in core class for wave 2.

It's probably not fully updated yet. It's not in their pre-order section anymore either and showing up in the in stock sections. Still in their eBay listings.

 

Showed as in-stock for me. Order placed. Can’t wait for this guy to show up!

 

Ordered the case of 2 about an hour ago, I can't wait to have them this early!

One question about CMD though since this is my first purchase from them. I'm shipping with UPS 2-Day to get them ASAP. Does CMD usually ship the next day, or should I expect them to ship on Saturday?

Honestly, probably neither. They’re a small company and shipping speed isn’t their forte. Are you in the US? Expect it to take a while.

 

I'm from Michigan, so I'm kinda hoping that since one of their locations is somewhere in NY, that it does come here fast. But I don't mind them shipping out later than that.

 

Someone pointed out that new orders may be fulfilled before preorders. That ain't fair.

 

I think the main problem was if you tried to mix pre-orders with in stock. The site has a not-so-new-anymore warning about doing that.

 

I just ordered the complete wave 2 voyagers by itself.

 

Did nobody get a shipping notice yet?

 

Probably not, but they were only listed this afternoon so you know, patience is the watchword. Even for preorders (although I think it's super dumb that they do seem to process the initial rush of day one in stock orders before preorders).

 

No. You won't see your order ship out until Tuesday. They even say, at the top of the page, that orders on Friday won't go out until the beginning of the following week. They're off on weekends, and use Monday to catch up on all orders from Friday through Monday. Tuesday, to Friday, they ship everything outstanding and new orders that came in up through Thursday. They ship in 1-2 business days.

They're based in Montreal and Canadians aren't allowed to cross the border, nor are Americans, due to the pandemic restrictions. They use a courier to move the items down across the border to Champlain, NY where a fulfillment/dropship company will then send them off to the customer. (This is where the weekend and the 1-2 business days comes into play. The courier must be expensive.)

That said, still pay for the faster/more expensive shipping so that once it ships you get it quick. Last time I ordered from them and they shipped Priority (on their dime, no less!) it took well over a week to get to me because the USPS can't get their act together, yet. UPS, on the other hand... seems to work pretty well when shipping from them. (They used FedEx once for one of my shipments and I got it in record time. Day and a half!)

It seems Dinobot is still available, but Inferno is on backorder till next month.

Ordered mine months ago. Still have not shipped. What Gives!

 

I never have trouble with CMD store.

 

I hope so. If this store is well known for getting products fast before anyone else, then I may do more business with them.
