Has anyone here dealt with cmdstore.com? If so, can they be trusted? I didn't see much on the web in terms of reviews (5 on epinions) which raises my caution flag since they've been around since 1992 (generally that's not a very good sign).

CMDstore your one stop shop for all your action figure, toys & statue

Cmdstore your one stop shop for all action figures, toys & statues

    ddmark on eBay

    Amazon.com

I couldn't find a thread specifically for CMDstore like the other retailers have, so let's start one. This site is becoming popular due to them getting in items faster than almost every other place.

They are slightly more expensive than other places, and shipping is more as well. But you pay the price if you want the new stuff sooner rather than later.

I'll start: Wave 1 of Kingdom Deluxes are available NOW.
    Transformers

I ordered Blackarachnia, Cheetor, and Paleotrex.

Yesterday I ordered the Wave 1 Core class (OP, Rattrap, Vertebreak). They look to still be in-stock as well.

I've gotten wave 1 Core class, Studio Series '86 Voyager Scourge and Hot Rod so far. I've got other pre-orders for Kingdom and Studio Series. I'm definitely willing to pay a little extra at this point to get the transformers early.

I never ordered from there before, but based on a few high recommendations from people here, I dove in with the new Voyagers.

The price shipped was actually quite good. Unfortunately they hold in-stock stuff that's in the same order as pre-order items until they have all the inventory and don't break up orders.
Once they get in Primal and Cyclonus, which should be soon, I can report back on their shipping and speed.

I ordered two of the Studio Series 86 Hot Rod from them and from placing my order to receiving, it took a week's time, fast service. I cancelled my preorders from Hasbro Pulse for Blurr & Kup and ordered them through CMDstore instead.

I picked up my first order from them this week. I preordered a few of the generation selects (Hothouse, black Roritchi, Runamuck, and a couple marvel legends) that I would normally have bought from BBTS.
Everything arrived, happy with it and I will probably do it again!

$10 for the three wave 1 core class figures yesterday. $15 for the three deluxes I ordered today. I live in MN. They only had one shipping option for me, which I assume is the same for everyone else, so you can't really get it expedited.

I first used CMD to get Apeface and more recently to get prime and vertebreak kingdom core class. Never had a issue with ordering from them. Fast shipping and get stuff sooner then others. Recommended!

Got my SS86 Scourge from them, Kingdom Deluxe wave 1 shipped and on the way. Contemplating moving all of my pre-orders to them. I’m at the point in my collecting life where I don’t mind paying extra to get figures early.

I've used this store a few times in Canada. They ship fast and I would use them again. The only issue is that their prices go up with demand but a lot of stores do that these days.

Wow, they even have wave 2 of Kingdom for Feb/March shipping as opposed to May on Pulse and Amazon. Kind of tempted to try them out for the Voyager set of G1 Inferno and Dinobot

$16.50 to Colorado, which has been the same for all three of my orders... I've ordered the SS86, Kingdom W1, and Kingdom W2 Voyagers.

Anybody else have issues with USPS on their order? It doesn't have anything to do with CMDStore directly, so maybe doesn't belong here, but my Hot Rod/Scourge order has been sitting at a USPS regional distribution center for 4 days now.

They were super great getting Bugbite to me on time, and ever since then I've found them to be a reliable go-to retailer.

My Hotshot arrived recently, my Wave 1 deluxes are pre-shipment, and I'm really hoping te Kingdom Voyagers and Spin-out pack come soon!

Yea, my hotshot got super delayed and in a weird "Arriving late" limbo before suddenly showing up one morning with a partially scrunched box.

Might just be the holiday crunch making USPS slow down over-all.

USPS is affecting everyone in a bad way, not just CMDstore. I have multiple packages stuck in limbo from other sellers due to USPS' holiday congestion. Only things I've gotten more recently 'on time' is international express packages that don't go through USPS.

They are most likely backed up because of Christmas and Covid. Canada Post stopped taking packages from commercial customers for 2 days recently to try and fix their backlog. They've run out of places to store packages and are bursting at the seams.

To give context, Canada Post typically delivers 2 million packages per day during the Christmas peak time. But this year they were seeing 2 million per day months ago because of Covid. So now they are most likely getting way more than 2 million per day and their network can't handle it. USPS is most likely in a similar scenario.

Update on my kingdom deluxes order, USPS claims they'll arrive monday.

Let's see if they can actually hold to that this time!
