Looking at the pic, Prowl looks like he has some stubby arms. Could just be the angle or some such.

 

He hasn't been delayed, just chalk it up to US retailers getting information before Takara officially announced the figure.

It's nice to see I was right on how the guns fold away under the roof of the car.

and we get a really nice shot of the overall shape of his legs.

I absolutely cannot wait for Prowl and company to start showing up.

 

This only makes me want a "G1" Barricade as the eHobby redeco. Althought that will most likely be a blue Bluestreak.

I love prowl and will be getting this but, it seems that we're paying Masterpiece prices for Human Alliances...? Oh well.

I agree. I love the way they handled the feet. A lot of times the feet are just an afterthought...some die cast pieces that stick out. Not so on the Datsuns!

 

The G1 version of the characters do not share the same mold. It's a completely different transformation. Sunstreaker's feet are the front of the car.

 

o.K., so these figures are a head shy of Human Alliance size. All this time, I've been thinking they are only a hair bigger than Deluxe.

I think I'd feel better about their price knowing how much bigger they are.

 

I just got Sideswipe yesterday after finding him in person, and I'd say he's exactly between deluxe and voyager size. Looking at the car however I couldn't believe how much he expands for robot mode.
