This is how far i've come along with the Dynobots project i said about yesterday =D
Just did a very rough paintjob on an Acid Storm to get an idea of the colours for Swoop and how it would look. I think it looks pretty nice! Despite, y' know, the general not- niceness of the paintjob.
Only used acrylics here so it'll be a breeze to scrub and re- do with sprays and tape when i get around to buying some sprays and tape.
    Opinions thus far?
Sorry about the bad photography here, i are supernoob XD
EDIT: more work done, wings and intakes trimmed a bit, not sure if it works so well XD
it's here for you to see anyway =]

You may want to add red on to the wings to round out the colour scheme a bit more. Nice, though. I thought a seeker mold would look cool as Swoop. :D

If you have an airbrush, you could chrome the wings to give him a more G1 look.

I like the idea so far.

its a good idea, are all the dynos going to be deluxe? I would maybe change the wings and mod the chest though, just so he doesn't look like an autobot seeker

Keep the windows transparent. Maybe use the clear orange from tamiya to help darken it up a little. But other than that, it looks nice.

i've actually done some more work to this now! to make it look a bit more swoop-y =]
i cut the wings down the middle and re-glued them the other way round so the wings sweep forward, and i shaved down the air intakes quite a lot to make his shoulders a bit more level. still need to spray the thing though.
will post some more pics soon, i've lost my friggin' camera cable again XD

Maybe you might want to have tried the paintjob on a Cybertron Brimstone..for more asthetics. As a jet just does not carry over the colors well of a Dyno (Dino) bot Swoop.

I've always thought of swoop as some kind of ex seeker, just how he looks, transforms always gave me a seeker vibe, plus that storie about him being a con at the start of the war and being called divebomb, so to me this mould is the perfect one for him.

well... the whole point of the project was really to do some war within-ish dynobots, and in that he was a jet, and seeing as the seeker mold looks kinda like swoop anyway and seeker repaints are rad, i thought this would be a good way to go. But you have given me an idea actually! I could make a shattered glass swoop out of brimstone! haha, criticism is always good =]
and thanks for backing me up here, cast! haha XD

I like where you are going, it has made me rethink my Dynobot Swoop idea and maybe take him in a new bigger direction. Keep up the good work.
