These are probably the quickest customs I've ever done...only one week from disassembly to final pics.
Anyway, the first TC is a commision piece, and is pretty much just Botcon TC paintscheme with a deeper metallic blue and silver/metallic red stripes. He was repainted from Skywarp. The second is my personal piece with (despite how the pics looks) a lighter blue, a few different paint apps and, most notably, different stipes. The black is also a dark grey, altho you can't really tell. This one was repainted from Starscream

I'm very proud of the the way the metallic red for the stripes came out...but alas, some things simply look better in person.

    Thanks for looking!

a week is pretty good. I must be TOO patient with mine :lol  I'm always so worried about fingerprints or scratches from re-assembly.

The blue is Testors acrlyic Arctic Blue Metallic with some Tamiya silver mixed in. The stripes were masked off and them painted all siliver first. Then I masked off what was to be left silver, and sprayed Tamiya's Clear Red over it, giving it the metallic red color.

Great job on both! I prefer the paint job with silver on his shoulders the most. I'm not a fan of the silver knee pads in the other one.

Those are both spectacular. I like the fact that you did two, and I really don't have a favored choice among them. Both schemes are fitting. Very nicely done. :)

^^ its free of labor costs but i have to provide additional paint materials. and paint here in the phils cost like $2.50 and the spray paint size is as tal as a 1 liter bottle.
