This is a commission for Simified. He felt that the Fansproject Collosus Unit head was a bit small for the mods he did for his Bruticus so he asked me what I could come up with. This is the result! A G1 Bruty head was used as a base. Actually, all that's left from it is the shell of the helmet. The antennas were from Cybertron Clocker and modded, the rest is all styrene. I went for a cross between the Fansproject head (which I really like) and the G1 animation models.
You should definitely cast this up, if simi is cool with it. I've been working on a Bruticus for over 3 years now on and off and I had planned to do something similar with one of the extra G1 heads I have. But if I have the extra cash to swing it and you cast it, I might just hit you up for one. If not, I'll build my own (and probably use yours as reference). Excellent work, my friend!

I didn't think this could get any better from the original photos you sent me. This is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! Looks like I need to get my ass in gear and finish Bruticus now. Would I mind? This being asked by the same person who made those bad ass Wheeljack wings...of course I don't mind, you guys kick ass!
LOL - you know me, bro.....I'm just the artist, what you say goes, so I'd always check in on it first with the one who commissioned! Good to know though! I may try to build my own anyway (for my own Bruticus WIP), but this is SOOOO damn good. You've really outdone yourself, Allen! Now let us know if you plan to cast these. HAHA
Okay guys. You spoke and I listened. I have made a mold of the head and am in the process of making a molded G1-esque chest piece as suggested by Ultramagnus69. I'll post pics soon enough. Thanks guys!
