I got this guy for $75 from BBTS and finally got around to opening it. I kind of disappointed. Besides a couple of paint nicks on the roof and the gold on the spoiler, I really don't like the matte black paint. I touched up the marks on the roof, but of course the paint doesn't match too well. Should I hit the thing with floor polish to hopefully even out the tone and make the whole thing shiny? I'm just a little hesitant about messing with an "exclusive" toy over $50.

Dive into it full on with new paint!I would, especially if being disappointed after receiving said item.I use to think the same about doing that to expensive toys but if you are really not happy with it,do it how you would want it to look. That's my motto now.

It all boils down to what did you get him for? If investment, then you are stuck, if the character, paint it up. totally up to you there.
