Third and final seeker from the original trio.
Almost complete, except a few touch ups here and there and, of course, those blasted wing stripes that I'm dreading and clearly procrastinating about.

Anyway, here he is on his own and with the other 2 seekers.
Stage 1 FOC to modern G1 classics seeker pretty much complete.
Stage 2 will be conehead versions (but I don't have a clear timeline in mind for those yet.....Soundwave first).

It's been a long road and I'm happy to be nearing the end of this part of the journey.

    He came out awesome!
Out of the trio, Thundercracker is my personal favorite, and that's strange for me because I am not a huge fan of him, especially when compared to Starscream. All I can think of is the blue that you used is really stellar.
I still have not painted mine yet (other projects), but I will!

Thanks Stormvapor. I can see you've been busy with your own big project of unique characters (which are looking very cool btw). It's crazy how you can get sucked into project ideas and then all of a sudden weeks or months have passed and it's like 'where did that time go?'
That's what happened with me and finishing this off. I latched onto improving Soundwave and pretty much forgot about getting Skywarp done.

I agree that the blue on Thundercracker is really nice. Since I generally used Tamiya paints in the past, and they don't have the best range of blue colors, it took me a while to get my hands on that cobalt blue from Testors. But it was so worth the wait.
Now that I have tried the Testors paints, I've found that I really like them. That's what I used for Skywarps purple and black.

Anyway, thanks again and good luck painting yours, and good luck finishing off your projects too.

These guys work well for Classics, love the foot mod, it surprisingly gives them a G1 feel with that minor mod.
