the use of this mold as broadside was originally inspired by versions i've seen other members do over the years. (too many good ones to give cred to) i've had this extra bot sitting in the to-do pile for almost a year now,and only recently after seeing the version done by cliffjumper69 for the fallen heroes charity did i decide to finally "git er' dun". mods are.... custom giant sequential light up axe,made from a bionicle axe(iirc),energon swoop's wing tip,some struxx pieces and styrene. custom shield,made from a starwars tf tiefighter vader wing,a hotwheels inner windshield and rare earth magnets. his wings were flipped around 180 degrees,making them swept back now. bionicle "female" ended joints were dremeled in half and screwed to the insides of the original clips that tidalwave used to attach the twin boat section to armada megatron's arms. custom big arse gattling cannons,salvaged from a gijoe roc nightraven. custom wingtip thrusters/intakes,with twin cannons on them,made from g1 jetfire's toes and some acrylic spacers. custom starship canopy/cockpit,made from the inner and outer cockpit piece from cybertron leaderclass galvatron. twin cannons have been added to the business ends of his rear end. black twin rocket pods are salvaged from the junker/parts bin. new bot mode shoulder front gattling gun ports have been added,made from a mix of the lower jaw halves of a zoids wolf and putty. reflective headlight pods have been added to each toe. a butchered head helmet from classics jetfire has been added,attached to a bionicle joint for posability,along with panels taken from spychanger magnus to help cover the giant hole where tidalwave's original head sunk into. his bot mode toes have been beefed up ,again,courtesy of g1 jetfire toes. 9 independant rocket pods have been added to each shoulder front in bot mode,made from laser cut styrene,along with acrylic spacers ,3 per shoulder also. base coated in krylon satin grey,then every other color is either hand painted tamiya acrylics or hand cut vinyl,all clearcoated in krylon satin clear. 3 full black and grey washes have been slathered on him,it's just my shoddy camera skillz don't show the details too well as in real life. enough talkie,onto pics. bot mode "wreck and rule" mode "a" comparison shots of his axe with universe dinobot.(with axe lit up) non lit his new interchangable weapons

very nice, and damn thats pretty big!.. can see the Armada/Energon Tital Wave as a base, but i dont remember that figure looking so darn huge
Cool!! I like the alt-modes you were able to come up with using the Tidal Wave mold. That armored flight deck kinda reminded me of Impulse Gundam's Chest Flyer. Again, great job!!
dang O....that's some shopping list of parts and such there to make this brute!! Looking really slick bro!!....love all the different modes too!
