I've been working with Omegaonline to modify some of the pieces. His kit makes Optimus into a parts-former, which is perfectly fine, but I wanted to go the all-in route.
So, unlike the original kit, what I did is non-reversible as I did some extensive cutting.
This kit was a dream to work with, and Omega is truly a stand up guy and a real talent.
    Anyway, here are some teasers:

Well I'll be damned, that turned out amazing. Omegaonline's original design was a warm welcome, but you took it to level beyond belief.

Your color matching is excellent, I really love that new roof he designed and it pulls through completely with your end result.

Looking awesome. The coloring is superb and I'm liking the clever integration of all the parts so that it's all part of the transformation.
    Can't wait to see more.
It was an absolute pleasure working with you on this.

I have that one and I really like it. Goes great with Classics Prime.
But, now that I have gotten to know Yaujta a little, I can totally see how he wouldn't pass this up as an opportunity to scratch build something even better. lol.

All right seeing as you guys seem to be the specialists on this, I have a beat up junker Optimus prime with an incredibly loose upper torso joint (between boob windows and grill abs) and the joints on his back folding arm (with the 5mm port). How would I go about tightening these?

Chest joint is a tension swivel with a mushroom like peg. Disassemble the torso with four screws and maybe add something to increase the tension.
For the back arm, I can only really suggest floor was. They're pin joints, so not as easy to remedy.

It's also a ratchet, which necessitates the pin.
Honestly, I took the little ratchet piece out and it's a lot better.

@Omegaonline after purchasing this I kinda want installation instructions for this. Also are the hands ball jointed? I think I read that somewhere

Hi. Yes the hands are ball jointed.
I put together a brief instructional video on my facebook page. If you click the link in my signature, that'll take you to the FB page. Then click on the videos link. You'll then be presented with a hand full of videos that I've done. The Prime upgrade video is there.
If, after watching it, you have any other questions or queries, you can fire me an email and we can talk through the process.
Most of the upgrade is straight forward. The most complicated part is removing the arm kibble. And that is really just about patience, small incremental movements of the pins and definitely having a center punch tool (about $3 from Home depot).

Okay. Thank god nothing too complex. I have one of those already and have used it on other Transformers as well. Just as a general idea when would the set get shipped?

It'll take me a few days to do the prints. I'm thinking I can probably have them done by or during the weekend. So, I should be able to get them in the post to you early next week.
    That work?
