I still need wave 1  

 

Guess I better keep an eye out for wave 1. I wish they'd done this with the Cybertron Mini-Cons... I've never seen wave 4 and I missed getting wave 3.

 

Great, with how much my store blows at getting new product in, I'll probably miss wave 1 entirely. Good this I preordered it at BBTS.

 

If its not been said wave 2 is up for pre order at BBTS as well now.

 

Well, I still need wave 1 to show up. Why couldn't they have done this with wave 2 of the deluxes? Oh, right.. only 2 new figures.

 

I can still remember the ULTIMATUM my fiancee issued me back then: Well, its either some of 'em goes OR I go! You're DEFINITELY not bringing ALL these junks to our new home!  

Not even Prime or Megatron could withstand the MIGHT of some of our wives, girlfriends & fiancee!  

 

See I would have lost the woman, my current GF loves me for who I am faults and all and she knows I am a TF fan and is quite happy to let in indulge that, thats why shes a keeper.

 

God knows I'll get e-punched for this, but I think all the Classics Mini-Con's look like ass. They're all so lopsided and lumpy...

 

I consider myself lucky. My wife buys them for me if she sees one on a store shelf I don't have yet! That's true love, boys.

 

The former. Doesn't anyone around here know a Goon Show reference when they see it..? ;-)

 

Also, some toys were simply cursed to be shelfwarmers... I could still pick up Armada Scavangers and Laserbeaks last year, and even in 2006 I often see the life-size Star and Dark Sabers...  

I eagerly await the Minicons. I was sorely disappointed with the Armada ones, save the Destruction team (who had clever alt modes and mechanisms) and the Sea team , in Energon things got better with the new Perceptor, which is a great toy. But these (and the Giant Planet ones) are all great toys - save the tiger, who looks just like the Happy Meal McTiger/robber toy.

 

I bought all of wave 1 in one shot.
