spuring from a conversation in the general discussion forum i decided to give this a shot and i turned out quite well for a 15 minute project and he still transforms. now i only have one fist on at this point and i havnnt done anything to his original hands that just plugs into the original balljoint.

i need to round off the part the fists sets on so it can fold in like the original hands and i think i can put on boths fists if i do it that way

what you guys think oh and i obviously transform mine a little different also painted the blue face silver

thanks guys the fist actually came from a knock off toy i have (intelligence warrior devy ko) and the ball joing came from the hims of one of the landfill guys little but of cutting and drilling with a pin to hold both pieces together and bodda bing boddo boom hands

 

Why did you remove his guts? I like his current hands, the only thing I'd like to change is snapping his body into place and raising up his head more.

I don't think he actually removed them. If you look closer, the rear bumper isn't folded into the body and the guts are still there. He also did say he TF's his Ironhide a little differently.

 

^ he is right the guts are still there if i could figure out a way to make them stay up there reguardless of what the bumper is doing and still fold down for van mode i would just dont know of a way to put them on indepent hinges that arent loose

oh and jericho i think there is a tutorial on the head thing you will have to look though its quite a few pages back
