I've seen all kinds of repaints from this mold from Glyph to Hubcap but i've yet to see a Bumper repaint so that's what i chose as my next custom. I got the custom head from Sculpt-bot (thanks again) and i've been working mainly on getting the head to fit on the ball joint for this one. I also plan on removing the wing from the back and either removing the white or repainting it black. Comments and such are welcome

 

Looks pretty cool so far. Cation on the removing the white in the roof of the car because it's molded in clear plastic. I'm pretty sure if you remove the stripes from it the yellow will come off too. The rest of the car body won't be a problem just find a really good yellow to use for repainting the roof.

My vote would be to paint the bumpers black too, like to original toy. That way his 'bumpers' really stand out

J/K. That head looks great. I'd get rid of the white stripes altogether and give him his own asthetic so he'll stand apart from Bumblebee.
