Here is classic breakdown made for a commission, he is from classic sideswipe. However I wanted to make him look different from sideswipe. I cut a bit off his headlights, added a splinter, added a better spoiler, and new tail lights. Give him a lot of detail in G1 colors. Thanks for looking

Well for the roof attachment on his back is attached by a pair of magnets.
For the shin guards I made a long peg for it could easily fit in the hole on the inside of his legs. I'm attaching some photos, hope it helps.

Excellent work, Xaviercal! I love the way the roof fits on to the back like that. This just gave tons of people some great ideas on how to do the same (either by magnet or ball joint of some sort).

Any plans to do the entire team?

very nice, i like your paint apps as well.
i use also magnets (much to the chagrin of those who hate "partsformers").
1 question - what kind of glue do you use to keep your magnets in place? i find that superglue tends to give way after while because the magnets are so powerful. ; (
