Customs: City commander hand replacement help

    I've been digging around for a while and it seems that people have mainly used TFTM Leader Prime hands as the replacement hands for City Commander.

    Are these the best hands?
    Are they the easiest? If not which would be?
    What is the process involved in replacing the hands?
