    That was a fun watch!
    He mentioned two episodes that really stuck out to me as a kid: Steel City and Web World.
    I liked his discussion on the combiners. Not that I dislike RotF Devastator, but it would be nice to see a movie try doing a more traditional combiner...
    I had a feeling Unicron would be #1 :)

    Stupid number 7. If only there was some way on un-watching that scene. My childhood and my TF addiction would be vastly different.

    Ugh, I can never stand any of the Nerd's Transformers stuff, because he never considers anything past G1. It's just tiresome.

    Webworld is quite possibly the greatest thing to come out of season 3.

    Yeah, that's what I was going to say, too.

    What's the problem? He's talking about stuff from his childhood. That's the point. G1 was his childhood.

    Hmm. I'd be the same though. G1, then TF: Prime. I don't rate anything in between either. Particularly loath beast wars. Suppose it all depends on the person.

    Sometimes I wonder if that's due to the persona that he keeps up, or if that's how he actually feels. Because the only time I've seen him consider anything (and say it was decent) post 2000 was with Godzilla, and that was only for ( I think) the Xbox Godzilla game?

    I could be wrong, but that's the only time I can remember over the years of watching his vids.

    Well, as he's never mentioned Beast Wars despite it being a 90s show, I'll go out on a limb and guess he didn't enjoy it.

    Edit: Unicron transforming was awesome, though I personally would've picked the scene at the beginning of the movie where he eats a planet. Seeing everybody get sucked into that maw, crushed, and electrified (and that poor ship that tried to escape) left more of an impression than him transforming did. Especially the scene of his pincer ripping up the street as inhabitants tried to flee.

    I don't have a problem with him being g1-centric. The normal AVGN show is mostly about the classic things and games from his childhood, whether he actually got a chance to play them or not.
